Signed Memorabilia products are dispatched within 2/3 days from the day of your order. All the items are tracked and you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your order. 
If you would like to discuss an earlier dispatch for your Signed Memorabilia, please contact shop@nationalfootballmuseum.com and, when possible, we will try to accommodate your request.

Suppliers dispatch
Please be aware that some of our products are dispatched directly by our suppliers. This means that if you buy multiple products you may receive them at different times. 
The products dispatched directly from our suppliers are the below:

Shipping rates explanation
  • Express international: tracked and signed Royal Mail or courier for medium and large parcels.
  • Standard UK: 1st class Royal Mail without tracking service
  • Tracked UK: 1st class Royal Mail with Tracked service or DHL Express with tracking number for large parcel
  • Tracked and Signed For (Signed memorabilia): DHL express with tracking number
Collect from the museum 

Collection from the museum is available Monday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Just select 'Pick Up' at the checkout then pop in and see us. This option has the added bonus of being able to have a look around the museum and check out what we have going on! 

Your order will generally be ready for pick-up between 2 to 4 working days. Please note that certain products' variants might take longer to be prepared as they need to be shipped from our suppliers to the museum; the products mentioned are:

  • Dan Designs' mugs and prints
  • Subbuteo prints by Homeless Ghost Prints
  • Prints by Daniel Griffin Art
  • Prints by Matthew J I Wood 
  • Signed Memorabilia by All Star Signings 

You will receive a notification when the order is ready; please make sure you bring the order confirmation and a form of ID. You can find our address on the contact information page.

Orders must be collected within 90 days from receiving the pick-up confirmation email. If you wish to discuss pick-up dates and times, please email shop@nationalfootballmuseum.com. 

International Delivery
All items sold on our shop website is available for international delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: CUSTOMS AND DUTY
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom may incur in duty & other charges upon entering other countries including all EU countries.
All customers will be liable to pay import duty and VAT charges on all parcels which will be charged at destination by the courier and must be paid before delivery. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to the National Football Museum and the goods will be refunded.
Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such cost. Please note that once the duty charge invoice has been created, the shipping company requires for the import to be paid even if the customer refuses to receive the products. In this latter situation the customer will incur in extra charges for the return of the products in addition to pay the duty charge bill.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
